Introduction
The R community has developed packages for a Bayesian (Bayes) modeling workflow. Metrum Research Group designed the bbr.bayes to integrate into this modular workflow and make it easier to leverage these tools when doing Bayes modeling with NONMEM®. All these tools are free and open-source.
Posterior
Provides tools for working with output from Bayes models. bbr.bayes::read_fit_model() reads in output from NONMEM® and formats it as a posterior::draws_array object required by the posterior package.
